Everything for your arrival and stay
When to arrive, where the key is, where to park and what is in the apartment. Answers to common questions are at the end.
01Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 3 pm to midnight, check-out by 10 am.
Let us know your arrival time in advance, when you book or in a message. Before you arrive, we send you all the information for your stay.
02The key
The key is in a code box by the apartment door, next to the name plate. You get the code before you arrive, so nobody has to meet you at a set time.
03Parking
Parking is free, in a public car park. Spaces can’t be reserved. We tell you exactly where to park before you arrive.
04In the apartment
Bed linen and towels are ready. The kitchen has an induction hob, a fan oven, a dishwasher, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster, a tea and coffee maker, pots, plates, cutlery and cleaning products. There is no microwave.
All apartments have air conditioning and central heating with smart thermostats, so in the cold months the apartment is warm when you arrive. Wi-Fi is free throughout.
05Children
Blue Rapid and Red Horizon, each with two bedrooms, are for families. Blue Rapid has a free cot and a high chair. The apartments have socket covers, board games and children’s books, and there is a playground in the park outside.
06Skis and gear
There is ski storage in the building. Each apartment has a clothes drying rack for wet things from the river or the snow.
07House rules
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments or the building. Please let us know your arrival time in advance.
08How to reach us
We are not in the building all the time. Call us on +386 41 972 374 or write to info@krona-bovec.si. We speak Slovenian, English, German, Italian, Croatian and Serbian.
Common questions
Can we arrive after midnight?
Check-in is from 3 pm to midnight. If you know you will arrive later, tell us in your enquiry.
Are the apartments suitable for older guests or people who find walking hard?
There is no lift; stairs lead up to the apartments. Mystic Forest, Sunny Side and Red Horizon also have a steep wooden staircase to the upper level. Blue Rapid, on one level, has the fewest stairs.
Do you have a cot?
Yes, Blue Rapid has a free cot and a high chair.
Is there a microwave?
No. The kitchen has an induction hob, a fan oven, a toaster and a kettle.
Where can we buy food?
A grocery shop is next to our entrance and a bakery a minute away. Restaurants and cafés are a few minutes’ walk.
How much does a stay cost?
The price depends on the apartment, the dates and the number of guests. Ask us for the price for your dates.
